Ready and completed work
- Approved: content that has received approval.
- Scheduled: content with a planned date. Check its approval state separately.
- Published: publication has been recorded using the item’s live URL.
- Archive: content set aside from the active workflow.
Changing a status
Use the available workflow actions in the item or board. The app checks your role and the requirements for the destination status. Scheduling needs a date, and publication confirmation needs a valid public HTTPS URL.
The board’s active workflow runs from Draft through Published. Archive is a separate resting place. Published and archived content is locked in the editor.
