Open a file
Select a file in the asset library or open an attachment to see its available preview. The viewer handles supported images, PDFs, video, and other previewable material. Video playback depends on the file format and your browser’s codec support.
If the preview is unavailable
Use the download action to open the original file in a suitable application. A file can be stored successfully even when the browser cannot display it.
Some assets use a generated preview or thumbnail. If the original file is present but the preview is still unavailable, try reopening it later. A thumbnail is not the original file.
Troubleshoot playback or loading
Check your connection and try opening the file again. For video, try downloading the original if streaming fails. If the file itself cannot be downloaded, note its name and the visible error and contact Support.
Do not repeatedly upload the same large file just because its browser preview is missing. Check that the original upload completed first.
