Use the team’s current allowance
Open Subscription → Usage to review the limits and usage shown for the selected team. Check this area before adding many members or uploading large files.
Limits apply to the team. A member invitation, an individual upload, and total stored files can hit different limits. Follow the specific message shown for the action.
When you reach a limit
- Member limit: the Owner should review current membership and the available allowance.
- Storage limit: review existing team assets before adding more files. Coordinate before deleting shared material.
- Individual file-size limit: reduce or split the source file.
- First Draft trial limit: check whether the message concerns generations or trained categories.
- Brand Radar keyword limit: shorten the signal’s keyword list using the counter in its editor.
