Change your choices
- Open Settings → Notifications.
- Select the team whose email preferences you want to change.
- Choose the available setting for each event, such as your content, team content, or Off.
- Wait for Preferences saved. Changes save automatically.
How scope and defaults work
My content means posts you create or collaborate on. All team content includes posts you can view. You do not receive updates about actions you performed yourself.
Role defaults depend on your team role. Personal choices stay in place when your role changes, while you have access. Use Reset all to return to the role defaults.
Daily updates and essential emails
Unread workflow updates are delivered in your daily email. Turning off Other daily updates does not turn off the workflow emails you selected.
Essential account and billing emails are always sent. Notification settings change email delivery; they do not grant access to content you cannot otherwise view.
