Content workflow roles
- Creator: creates and edits content, events, and assets across the workspace. Can invite Reviewers. Does not give final approval.
- Reviewer: comments and requests revisions on assigned posts. Does not edit or approve content.
- Approver: reviews and gives final approval on assigned posts. Does not edit content.
Management roles
- Admin: manages content, approvals, members, roles, and workflow across the workspace. Does not manage billing or ownership.
- Owner: has full workspace access, including billing and ownership transfer. A workspace has one Owner.
Visibility and assignment
Reviewers and Approvers can see their assigned posts, plus content in Approved, Scheduled, and Published statuses. Seeing a post does not necessarily grant permission to review or approve it; assignment still matters.
Owners, Admins, and Creators can see the full content workflow. Published content is locked even for people who can edit active drafts. A read-only subscription can also restrict otherwise permitted changes.
