Understand workflow analytics

See where work stands, what your team publishes, and how review progresses.

Choose the report

  • Workflow: a current snapshot of content stages, time in stage, and items needing attention.
  • Output: what the team published during the selected period and how long publication took.
  • Content: content created, scheduled, and published during the period.
  • Review: how content moves through review and discussion.

Dates and availability

Workflow is a snapshot with an “As of” time. The other reports use a selected reporting period; date presets include 30, 90, and 180 days.

Trend reports appear after the team publishes five content items. A new team may see a progress message until it has enough published content. A loading failure is different from an empty report: use the retry action if analytics could not be loaded completely.

What the numbers measure

These reports describe work recorded in Pyroplane. They help you understand production and review, not LinkedIn impressions, website traffic, or audience engagement. Confirm publication accurately so the reports reflect the team’s completed work.
