Find channel settings
Open team settings → Channels, then select LinkedIn, Blog, or Website. Each channel has its own directory of reusable records. Management actions depend on your team permissions.
What each directory contains
- LinkedIn: saved person and company profiles used for mentions. Each record has a name and a valid LinkedIn profile or company URL.
- Blog: author records used to identify authors of blog content.
- Website: saved pages used to identify the destination for website content.
What saving a record does
A directory record helps organize and label your work in Pyroplane. Saving a LinkedIn profile does not authorize access to that LinkedIn account. Saving a website page does not create or change the live page.
Use the composer to write content and your destination platform to publish it. After publication, attach the finished item’s public URL to its Pyroplane record.
