Save an idea
Open Ideas to capture a title, notes, and supporting attachments. My ideas is your personal space. Share an idea when you want it to enter the team’s idea workflow.
The ideas panel separates personal, team or submitted, and archived ideas. Reviewers and Approvers see their own submitted ideas in the shared view; the view is not a directory of everyone’s private notes.
Develop a shared idea
A team member with content creation access can promote a shared idea into the content composer. Review the idea’s text and attachments, choose the appropriate content details, and save the draft.
The idea is archived when the promoted draft is actually saved. Opening the composer and then abandoning it leaves the idea available.
Keep the idea list useful
Archive ideas you want to keep without leaving them in the active list. Use the archived view to find them again. Sharing, unsharing, and editing options depend on the idea and your access.
